Poker League:
Every Tuesday from 7.45pm. The buy-in is £3… £2 of which goes to the poker league and £1 goes into a winners pot.
We usually attract between 18-25 players with the capacity to seat 40 players.
Champions Poker League is the UK's premier pub poker league, offering the largest prizes in UK pub poker history. We have been running since July 2006 and have established ourselves as one of the largest pub poker leagues in Britain with hundreds of pubs and clubs participating up and down the country.

For over a decade, Leicester’s SPLITTERS have been dropping dynamite ska scorchers and heavy reggae loaded with realness from the forefront of the UK ska scene. With influences stretching from the Jamaican sound of the 1960s to the sonic styles of the new millennium, the band’s style is hard to pinpoint: you get the rhythms of original Jamaican ska and reggae/dub depicting the grit and grime of modern British life, with contemporary musical touches and heaps of originality.

Bar Red has kindly donated the venue for free and the bands playing are donating their time for free so 100% of proceeds will be donated to the Cam Peters & Rudham ward Apeal. About this charity — Kylies Charity Cupcake Kitchen is the host/organiser of this event. Cam Peters is a local 2 year old who family found out he has a brain tumour just a few weeks before Christmas… now under very intensive treatment so a few friends of the family are trying their hardest to raise some money to pay for the family to have a few days holiday together when Cam is on a break/recover from Treatment and also Cam and his sister and so many other children in the local area spend lots of time in the childrens' wards play area… so any money left over from this appeal will be donated to Rudham Ward to buy new toys or equipment for the play area/room.
